Hotel shuttle never came on the first night, causing us to miss a reservation in the city. The hotel itself was old and poorly kept up with. Staff wasn’t helpful and only offered us an $8 drink coupon. When we finally did get in the hotel shuttle, the driver didn’t wear his seat belt, drove in an erratic state, and didn’t help us with our bags. Tons of strange men roaming hotel, and one even knocked on our door.

I was greet upon check in by the nicest young lady. She was very informative and helpful with all of my questions. I arrived early without a clue what to do. I was able to get in my room early. I was very appreciative. That made a great start to my mother/daughter trip. If I could give 10 stars to the shuttle team I would. They were on time. The only issue was the overnight shuttle that I needed to catch at 2:30 am. It was not available so I caught an uber. Outside of that I would highly recommend and stay at this hotel again.

We stayed for a very quick night before an early morning flight. The room was comfy and suited our needs fine. What took the cake for us was parking. We had prearranged parking with the parking that used to be at the hotel not realizing that they moved. When we arrived, I was in a panic realizing the issues that this created (especially since our flights were both departing and arriving at early morning hours). The lady working the front desk was a God send! She absolutely helped calm me down. She arranged for us to leave the car with them and use their shuttle to/from the airport. She was calm and helpful when I really needed those two qualities.

It was ok hotel. Next to the airport but the shuttle in and pit of the airport is not as easy since all shuttles goes to P3 then you take another shuttle to the terminal
