Airport shuttle, front desk staff, and room cleanliness were fine. The problem was the noise, quite a bit from the busy street 9 floors down, but mostly from the constant movement from the elevator nearby. We didn't hear the noise earlier because we were watching TV, but while we were trying to sleep, the elevator noise was frustrating and led to a poor night's sleep. Also we were troubled by the "not family friendly" bar conversation that we had no choice to hear while we were eating dinner because the dining room was in the same room as the bar.

Very rude front desk. Got charged $22 for parking. Haven’t mentioned it in the charges when I booked it. Why is wrong with these hotels and hidden charges. Why can’t they be honest and straightforward and charge it in the room rate like honest hotels do. They may do that to me one time. I am boycotting all the hotels that charge hidden fees as a principles!!!
