Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at the DoubleTree Hotel. I paid for breakfast in advance, but when I arrived, it was not included. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful. I also paid extra for a Skyline view, but the window glass was so dirty that I could barely see the city. When I went downstairs, the staff showed a bad attitude and did not assist me. The next morning, I tried to get coffee, but the machine was empty, and the waitress completely ignored me when I asked for help. In addition, I had a broken shoulder and asked for assistance with my luggage, but the front desk said there was no one available to help. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, especially for $200 per night. I will not be returning to this hotel

They had no place for us to park because they had an event at the hotel. We left for a couple hours and when we got back we had no place to park. We had to park on the street it was a nightmare. I will never book there again. The should have saved spots for the paying guests. It's just inhospitable! You should warn your customers. I was very unhappy and the manager was not very helpful at all. They shouldn't be able to do that with them wanting to charge $27 to park,

The hotel was overall great, but the rooms definitely need some renovations. There was much less parking than what was needed. There should also be a part of the lot meant for people commuting to and from the airport, and part specifically for the hotel guests.

Don’t stay here! The pro’s.. the ladies checking in were so sweet and helpful. The driver for the early morning shuttle was horrible. Our room- phone didn’t work, I had to use the phone in the hallway to get fresh towels which took 2 hours, our air conditioner/heater didn’t work in our room. When they came to clean our room, they only made the bed, we didn’t get a refresher of coffee, cups or towels. Our bathroom smelled like urine. When I went to the bathroom in the lobby the bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. There was no toilet paper in any of the stalls nor was there paper towels. Needs more staff, needs a remodel! Our NY skyline view was no view… save your money
