Had to wait a bit long for the shuttle at ewr but Ida was fantastic once she got there. Oh so pleasant and happy. Check in was smooth and easy and it was nice of them to offer bottled water. Give yourself extra time in the am for this shuttle. We got the last two seats at 5:20 am! Place needs an upgrade and is a bit noisy due to its location but it was clean.
