Bad night first night tons of unsupervised kids banging doors and running halls unsupervised. Hotel tried best to get kids under control. Just sad it woke me up then hard time getting to sleep. Parents in bar Boys going nuts in hallways

Not a relaxing classy hotel. Per a teacher of the university the hotel has been overtaken by undergrads. It’s full, loud and no service whatsoever. When I asked the front desk why no one came to our table to take the order the answer was: this is just a Hyatt Place we don’t need food servers you go to the bar and order your food and drinks. Caveat: 50 kids are ordering and basically took 30 minutes to get a drink! The music and yelling was loud until 10 pm even from the fourth floor. But the prices remains Hyatt: $250 a room night $10 for a Costco 17 oz water. And forget about service; the room wasn’t clean even though we left at 9 am. The front desk is a disaster with an attitude. If you’re looking for a classy place with service look for another place.

The room was spacious and it was an added bonus to have a balcony. Biggest con is that the hotel bar is open to the public which equals to being fully occupied by college students. Therefore; hotel guests are not able to enjoy the bar or the outdoor seating. This is unfortunate because i would have enjoyed being to enjoy that part of the facility. Due to this I would not stay here again. Bar should only be accessible to hotel guests. There are plenty of bars on Main street for the college students to enjoy.

Super clean, well-designed property. Ample parking. A great place to stay for a university visit. We had two adults and four children and definitely could not sleep 6 as was advertised (the pull out is very small, even for two younger kids to share, so we needed to add a second room). That was disappointing, but everything else was nice.

We stayed at this hotel when visting University of deleware. the location couldn't have been better. the school is right across the street. The room was clean with a nice pool. It had a beautiful patio/bar/restaurant to hang at. Loved everything.
