The room was fine, I had to cancel the 2nd night. The staff was pretty nice & the manager gave the ok for a refund. Overall it was a good experience & I would stay again

It was okay but thr room was beat up and was so small had no remote for the tv the staff was friendly but we ran out of toliet paper was never replenished honestly that will be the last time i get the basic room ever

Had many issues with my rooms. Had to move 3 times in a 4 day stay. Thanks to Tommy at the front desk that made us feel comfortable with our stay. He listened and talked to us politely and resolved our issues. Rooms definitely needs to be up graded. Thanks Tommy

The basic room had a jacuzzi/shower that made the floor next to the bed very slippery. The vessel sink looked nice but had no cold water and was tricky to close. Front desk employee was very polite and welcoming.
