the hotel is nice, the crew is friendly. All is clean. The breakfast is good. The only thing that prevents me to put 5 stars is the soundproofing and the isolation with the outside. It'a located in a noisy area and unfortunately i could hear a lot the honks, the cars, etc. I had a hard time to fall asleep the first night. Second night i woke up with cold air on me coming from the A/C although the temperature was set to a comfortable 21c. There lies the problem.

This is a super busy hotel because it’s near the cruise port. The staff does their best with aging infrastructure and limited parking. The hall smelled like weed and the parking lot was jammed so they gave me permission to park in a loading zone. Bananas experience.
