Very disappointed in general. I asked for a specific room when I reserved the room and they gave me a double full bed vs the king bed with pull out sofa that I asked for. The room was freezing and when I called at 10:30pm and asked the front desk for a blanket, they told me to turn on the heat (which I did) and someone would bring a blanket. I waited up till 11pm and finally fell asleep. At 4am someone knocked on my door and I ignored it. One should not have to wait 5 1/2 hours for a blanket. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing the following morning. All in all I am extremely disappointed with the hotel and will not stay there in the future.

I only stayed one night. I chose the hotel because it was close to the local hospital where I had a family member having care. I was disappointed that there was no restaurant on site. I guess I didn’t read the description well enough. However, the front desk person sent me to a very delicious restaurant and bar nearby. If I need to be in the area again, I would certainly choose this hotel.

Hotel staff was very welcoming. Room was immaculate. I dropped something behind the nightstand. I was almost afraid to look for it, but I didn't need to be - it was absolutely immaculate back there! That room was cleaned by someone who cares! Parking was easy and the location was super convenient. I've already made a reservation for my next business trip!

Large, extremely clean king room. decent amount of parking with EV.Great having a microwave & fridge in the room which isn’t always available in a lot of hotels. Now here’s where I’m being brutally honest.The AC unit was really loud and it was either freezing cold or really hot.I asked for a blanket and it had holes & crusty stains on it. The toilet would randomly run.Could hear neighbors clearly from bathroom, cracks in the walls and ceilings made it look a little run down. My door wouldn’t self close unless held all the way open to slam shut so I had to go back a few times just to double check it. I had trouble getting in the door with my key. Sometimes it worked on the first try. Most times it took 3-5 swipes. The breakfast was okay. Nothing great. Cereals in self dispense canisters, reheated frozen sandwiches, pastries & donuts that were cold and not fresh, another day there were scrambled eggs and sausage, another mini omelette which were just hard scrambled egg with cheese on them. The coffee which is offered 24/7 (they always ran out of lids though) was really great. If rooms were in the $100-130 a night range I would have given this 5 stars but even though I thought I got a good deal at $190 (late Sept rate) compared to the $200+ a night rates I found elsewhere for this hotel, I would be very disappointed for that price. I just checked prices on the hotel site and my king room is $201 a night plus taxes. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a luxury hotel either.
