Inside, the ground floor features a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area, fully equipped for relaxed self-catering and complete with a Smart TV for easy evenings in. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for longer stays or sandy beach days. The cosy lounge is a real highlight, with a gas woodburner-style fire, Smart TV and a selection of games, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: two twin rooms and a king-size bedroom. The recently renovated bathroom has been finished to a high standard, offering both a bath and a spacious double walk-in shower. Outside, there is a private rear area that can also be used for off-street parking. Please note, dogs are not permitted at this property.
Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is a charming seaside town with a growing reputation for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful coastline. The sweeping sandy beach is ideal for long walks, paddling, or simply enjoying the sea air, while the promenade offers lovely views across the bay.
