Staff were extremely helpful. Whatever we asked, they were able to deal with. Special mention to Richard on the front desk. Excellent advice and really went out of his way in exploring alternative accommodation for us as we needed to leave a day early than planned.

Great three night stay. There was a mix up the first night. Got our proper room the next two nights. Got offered free brekky or a discount room rate. They were brilliant in reception and nothing was a problem for them. We will definitely stay here again. Great room and comfy big bed. We ate there one night. Food was so so. Can’t fault any of the staff. They were brilliant.

It was a nice stay and when we reached staff give us default upgrade for our room to suite room and it was our 2nd wedding anniversary so yeah it was great to have upgrade. Only recommendation from my side would be if some kind of small hamper for gesture or token of stay given in suite rooms will be very nice. But yeah overall i would rate this property as 5 star one and value of money, nice to book. I will definitely look forward to book again in future.

The room was spacious and the bathroom well set out. A comfortable bed and large tv. The reception was welcoming. Conveniently located to Westfield's Charlestown and only a short drive to the beach. We would stay again.
