Situated beside the heritage-listed Shepherds Hill Cottage and the picturesque King Edward Park, this property is just steps from Newcastle’s prime tourist destinations, including the Anzac Memorial Walk and some of the most beautiful beaches.

There are four main beaches in the area. Our house is right in the middle.
On the right there is Bar Beach and Merewether Beach and on the left there is Newcastle Beach and Nobby,s Beach.
Close to Boogie,s Hole and Ocean Baths Newcastle
- We provide 3 Toilet Rolls in every bathroom.
- Early check in and late check out options at $40/hr subject to availability.
- Old Aircon installed in the ground floor living room is no more operational, as new central heating is installed in the house.
- We provide 2 capsules and a lot of teabags
- Sleeping arrangements: The home includes 3 queen beds, 1 double bed, and 2 king single beds joined together. For groups above 10 guests, additional bedding is provided as needed, including 2 queen-size Sally air mattresses and 3 single bed bases with mattresses. Extra bedding is stored in the ground-floor bedroom wardrobes and can be set up by guests or arranged by us in advance upon request
