The host wasn't responsive to my contact at all prior to my stay. I had to contact them again on the day before check-in only for them to tell me that I hadn't paid and only gave me the access information after I inquired about the stay and paid. The overall experience was very poor as I had to deal with very noisy tenants at night and in the morning. When I contacted them about the extreme noise at night all they told me was to contact the police. The noise happened again the next morning from a man exercising somewhere in the building before 6:00am on a Sunday morning. I will not recommend this accommodation as they were completely unhelpful. The one star is only given for the room and facilities which were ok.
