They did not provide me with a flat even though i paid for . I have driven all the way from London with my family and found there was no flat for us - called them 6 times to give me flat details and no one called me back. So i had to pay premium lastminute price to find another accommodation. I still havent received my refund !!! Shameful organisation.

Excellently located apartment with plenty of room. Perfect for a short stay away. Conveniently located near local amenities such as train station, shopping centres and central Newcastle. The only thing that was annoying was the noise, however you would expect it being so central.

Good value but won't return

Good value, clean apartment in central location but quite shabby in places and virtually impossible to find. Confirmation said check in at 2pm but couldn't get access until cleaner had checked it which was after 3.30pm

Fabulous location and clean, and nicely decorated. floor in the bathroom and hallway were very spongy and needed replacing must have been a serious leak at some stage and you need a comfortable sofa as very hard and not practical for 2 people to sit on but looked good though and a nice design feature. However this did not distract from my stay Very hard to find walked past it three times as no sign on the exterior of the building.

Its OK

This is an ideal place if you want to be right in the middle of city.. But first you have find it, which can be a bit of adventure despite the instructions you receive.. Just so you don't have the same problem.. The address is 38 low Friars.. The number you're given is the flat number not the address of the building... Don't do as I did and try to get into a building across the road... Your given plenty of numbers to contact and everyone who answers are very nice and helpful (thank you to the cleaner who guided me in)... The place itself could do with a lick of paint.. But everything worked and for the price I paid, exactly what I needed for 4 days.. It says it sleeps upto 6 people.. I wouldn't recommend 6 people.. 4 maybe as it has the two double bedrooms that are size enough... But outside the bedrooms you would be playing sardines.. The one thing we couldn't figure out is the parking... Maybe the next reviewers have more luck.. We used the Gate car park next door
