We were put into a pet friendly room not as nice as the photos. We felt the room wasn’t cleaned properly because it’s a pet friendly room. The dining staff were good, and friendly. Our dog was warmly welcomed by the dining staff as well and we didn’t mind eating breakfast and dinner in the small dining dog friendly area in the bar.

2nd time staying at Beamish Park, the most dog friendly hotel. Staff were all so friendly. Food was really good, and dogs able to be in set locations in the restaurant. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely be back as it is literally 5 minutes in the car from Beamish

Good location for Beamish Museum. Room and bathroom good, breakfast choices very good. Only strange thing is you have to walk through a wedding venue to access rooms and some rooms are in the wedding venue itself which is a bit strange. There was a wedding on while we were there but didn’t affect us as we were out early and back late

The standard room size was good. It was clean, although some of the furniture was worn in places. Chips to the veneer. The fixed showerhead needed updating, water pressure was low. Breakfast was excellent value with plenty of choices. Would recommend. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. A great base for exploring the Beamish area. Would visit again.

We arrived at the Beamish Park Hotel after being involved in a accident (no injury) but with a non drivable hired car. The staff greated us with empathy and with a couple of platter of sandwichs and drinks. It was so refreshing and welcoming since we were exhausted from the ordeal.
