Staff are so friendly and helpful, the bar area is very nice, room was spacious, clean, comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We didn’t try breakfast but had some light bites in the bar on the evening that were ok.

Good stay, we come here all the time when in Newcastle but I’ll have to be honest, the place is starting to run down and if no investments in the nearby future the place will turn into a 3 star hotel.

Hotel was great, room nice & clean. Staff were fantastic. Food was good but ended up leaving some due to the only issue was there was an infestation of fruit flies in the restaurant so it made the evening meal a little uncomfortable with flies trying to land on it & you whilst you were eating!
