Stayed here few times now. Staff and really nice, it is excellent location and nice and peaceful. feels safe compared to other hotels too will always look for rates here first.

Accepting the ‘easy’ brand… this hotel takes primitive to a new level. Basic rooms, not even a cup or glass provided. Clean and tidy, but in need of some tlc in rooms - paint missing in places and missing plaster work. Low voltage electrical point left exposed and uncovered. Not withstanding that - nice building and safe / quiet which is surprising given location so comfortable stay and good nights sleep on a comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. What lets it down is the lack of maintenance in rooms and next to zero amenities - like a glass / mug or something…. I guess you may expect this with an ‘easy’ brand…. Over priced for what was offered - especially as there were other ‘service’ hotels in same area for same price range.

Does what it says on the tin. Simple but functional. The room was clean but the outside window was not. The towel hook next to the shower was missing. It would have been helpful to have a small desk and chair. For the price, it delivered what I had expected.

Great budget hotel in Newcastle

My “go to” hotel when I fancy a couple of nights in Newcastle. Situated in a great location, just off the quayside so near lots of bars & restaurants and walking distance from the train station & shops. Fantastic value overall.
