Room was nice and quiet on the top floor. Felt safe that you needed keycard to get to stairs/lift. Liked that breakfast was included and any staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that all the lights were on one switch, so it was all or nothing…not great if one of you is awake when the other isn’t.

Have used the Holiday Inn a number of times. Lots of hotels in Newcastle look better, but in terms of rooms, location and the people who work at the hotel this place is excellent. Well done, you are doing a great job. Great place for a late drink at the bar
