Nice hotel in a central location. But cleanliness in rooms very poor. Finger marks everywhere, dirty windows and mirrors as well as dirty floor in bathroom. Such a shame as the hotel is quite new and will end up very run down. Didn’t complain because just there one night and only a base for sleeping
Booked an executive king room and was put into room 441. The Bathroom was amazing and large but our room itself was very small for an executive room so was slightly disappointed by that. The hotel is very clean, staff lovely and would return.
I thought this was a great hotel. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the train and metro service is five minutes and there are lots of chain and non-chain restaurants and take away nearby. Room had a table and chairs for eating at or working. Only qualm was I’d have liked a choice of pillows as the ones on the bed were too high for my neck. Other than that, perfect stay.
Requested a wake up call after arriving back from a night out and was confirmed at the front reception but we did not receive call and missed breakfast and entered in late check out time.
Went to reception where this was apologised for from staff as it was an error kn their behalf. Refunded our breakfast and no late check out fee added also.
Very plesant staff
Nice hotel in an excellent location within a five minute walk of the train station and St. James' Park. Many pubs and dining options right outside the front door. The room was clean and comfortable, but the view was terrible. Inside rooms have a view of the climate control unit and the other rooms across the way.
Hotel was lovely. There was a nice atmosphere and everything was spotlessly clean. Room good size, bed maybe ready for renewal as matress sinking a bit and wasn't that comfortable.
Make sure you pay for parking up front at Qpark or you won't get the discount...we didn't see that when booking.
