Great location as close to the Station and City Centre / Eldon Square. Second time we have stayed at the Hotel and will definitely return again. Staff are very pleasant and the rooms are spotless and beds and pillows are so comfortable!!

Modern, clean city centre hotel. Close to Central Station and night life. The Stand Comedy Club just next door. Room and bathroom not large but quite adequate for a single night or weekend break. Continental breakfast and cereals available. Security controlled access on Friday / Saturday nights.

The hot water wouldn't keep up, turning cold after a minute or so. The staff were aware and said that it had to do with the actual position of the tap, but to no avail. The AC also didn't work properly and the room was quite hot. The AC even though it said 10°C it was nowhere close that setting. Very limited toiletries, only wash gel and shower/shampoo. No cups or anything.

It was our 25 year wedding Anniversary and we were given a room with two single beds which was listed as a king size bedroom. Hairs on the bed and the room was really poor. Wired dangling down from the Television, Decor in the bedroom was wood chip. The foyer was superb but when you went to the bedroom that was a different story. Lady on the desk (forgot her name) was outstanding and gave us recommendation's of where to eat.

Ideal location, Hotel was really clean and spotless. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. The shower in our room was not very powerful which was the only let down.
