Located in northeastern Gotland is a newly renovated house, originally built in the 1920s and expanded in 1950, that combines modern comfort with old-world charm. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy island life, close to the beach, nature, and the authentic experiences Gotland has to offer. Here you can stay in comfort, with plenty of space for the whole family.
The house has been completely renovated, with new bathrooms and a renovated kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. A coffee maker and an espresso machine are at your disposal for your morning ritual. With 65 m² on the ground floor and 55 m² in the basement, you have plenty of space to feel right at home.
The two entrances provide great flexibility, and the basement features a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, perfect for teenagers who want their own room or for multigenerational living. All the amenities you need are at your disposal for a relaxing vacation. The garden is fenced and features several seating areas of various sizes that catch the sun or provide shade, depending on what you’re looking for. There’s plenty of sports equipment, bicycles, and board games—something for everyone!
Explore the nature reserve on Furillen, take a dip at one of the beaches on Furillen, at the Blue Lagoon, or at the limestone beach at Smöjen. Play tennis on Furillen’s own tennis court—easily bookable via Matchi. Visit the stone-oven bakery in Rute, the rauk field at Lergrav, or head to Fårö—the ferry is only about ten minutes away. Sample the local cuisine with fine dining at Fabriken Furillen, have lunch or dinner at Vallevikens Sjökrog by the water, or enjoy a more casual meal at På Ängen Tacos. Bungenäs and the fishing village of Ar are just a stone’s throw away.
