The welcoming living room features plenty of seating, including a sofa that converts into a queen sleeper, providing additional sleeping space when needed. The adjacent dining area offers a large table for family meals, while the updated kitchen provides ample counter space and storage for preparing your favourite dishes.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Located near the kitchen with easy access to a newly remodelled full bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: King bed with sliding glass door access to the rear patio
Half bathroom conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms
Enjoy Southern California's beautiful weather from three outdoor spaces. Relax on the elevated front patio with outdoor seating, fire up the gas barbecue on the private side patio, or enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze from the rear patio.
