The Space:

This lovely, quaint, oceanfront lower unit is right on the boardwalk. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, bottom unit comes with a large patio perfect for hosting an outdoor meal or just enjoying the sun. This home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and a TV in every bedroom.



The home has a cozy living area with an ocean view when you first walk in, followed by a dining nook and a fully stocked kitchen for you to cook up your meals. Just beyond the kitchen follows the bedrooms. The master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom is to your left. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds are on the right. These 2 rooms share the full bathroom in the hall.



Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and Fun Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa harbor daily.

Family Disneyland Trip

We chose to stay here for 3 nights while we took our kiddo to Disneyland. It was an easy commute and comfortable accommodations. Though not able to see the ocean from the property, you can’t get any closer! It was a little noisy when the upstairs neighbors were home.
