The Space:

This value 4 bedroom, 2 bath upper unit is just a few houses from the beach north of the Newport Pier area with its surrounding shops and eateries.



The master bedroom with a king bed has an updated en-suite bath with a shower, plus a private deck to welcome cool ocean breezes on warm evenings. The other three guest bedrooms share a hall bath with granite countertops and a combination tub/shower. The first 2 guest bedrooms have queen beds and the third has 2 twin beds.



The family-sized living room has a large sectional sleeper sofa, a matching chaise lounge, flat panel TV and tile floors that make clean up a breeze. The large ocean view deck extends living space outdoors. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and plenty of cabinet and counter space for prepping family meals. The dining area has a table that seats 4 plus 2 stools at the island. The deck has an additional table with seating for outdoor meals as well.



The space has a large ocean view deck with table and chairs and two lounge chairs off the living area, plus a large shared side patio with a BBQ where you can store beach items like bikes and boogie boards. The shared laundry room has a washer and dryer and room for one car in the shared carport.



The Newport Pier is minutes away with shops and local eateries galore.

Guest has access to the entire upper unit & one space in the shared carport in the back.

- 10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

- Must be 26 or older to book

- Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

- No parties or gatherings.

- We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
