Casa 225 is a beautifully decorated luxury 3bd/2ba second level light filled home with unsurpassable views of the bay, beach, boats, islands, Fashion Island, Newport Coast, lighthouses (the tall one is The Lighthouse Cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and the mountains in the background. Turn to the right...there's the ocean a mere 2-3 minute walk across one street. The kitchen is a gourmand and culinary savants galley dream with a pro Viking range. There are two baths, one ensuite to the main, and hall bath. Casa 225 sleeps up to 8 comfortably with Hotel Quality Mattresses beds (Cal King in main, Queens in the secondary and third bedrooms, and a QUEEN hi-line double height auto inflate/deflate for 7th and 8th guests). The Great Room and main bedroom open up to a deck that spans the building (225 is on a 45ft wide lot) outfitted with Kingsley Bate deep seat lounging furniture, Weber 3 burner natural gas grill, and an outdoor gas heater all to enjoy while taking in the spectacular views. 

We're the perfect home away from home when you're away for the holidays, reunions, or hosting family and friends for wedding festivities (Wedding Venue at Marina Park end of beach). 

ALL Casa`s and Casita`s are beautifully decorated for the holidays including a pre-lit tree.

Watch the world famous Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade from the comfort of your luxury rental. The parade starts December 18th 2024, runs for 5 nights, and turns in front. You can see the parade coming and going. Festivities include fireworks on the first and last night, and one night with live music, food and local vendors on our beach in front at Marina Park.
