I give this place a 10 not because it's the Ritz but because it hits all my objectives and is very good value compared to nearby alternatives. This place is an inn, so not a fancy resort, but it has a quaint lobby with a nice, old-fashioned feel (old oil portraits), and the rooms, while a bit tight, have comfortable beds, a fridge, a clean bathroom with a tub/shower, and attractive period-style furnishing. My room was quite and with mini-split air conditioning was very comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was amazing for a modestly priced place. Parking for 24 hours, literally across the street, is $20. No elevator though, but the staff carried our luggage up for us without our even asking
