Fantastic 4 Bedroom 4.5 Bath located in the heart of Newport’s vibrant and bustling downtown Thames Street area. This family & pet friendly former B&B is now available as a short or longer term rental. Sleep comfortably in 3 King bedrooms, each with en-suite full baths and a fourth bedroom with four bunks and an en-suite full bath.

This is the perfect spot to house a family for a wedding, graduation, or that group of friends that wants to enjoy each other’s company while maintaining their private spaces.

This is the second time we have stayed here for our girls weekend trip! The hosts are wonderful, always quick to respond- but really did not need them for anything- the house has everything you could possibly need- and talk about perfect location- amazing!!! we will definitely be back!!

House was very nice and well appointed. Perfect space for three couples. It was nice to just head out the door and walk everywhere. We appreciated the parking passes and lovely flower arrangement. Perfect weather too! All in all a lovely week in Newport. Thanks to our hosts!

Perfect location for wedding weekend

I picked this property for my future son in law and groomsmen. A long time Newport visitor, I loved the location across from Pat O’Brien’s and on the wharf. The groomsmen were slow to move out on check out day which was annoying. My VRBO app glitches so I had no idea. Bill called me and let me know, he was very understanding. Overall, I highly recommend the property. Bill was very communicative and friendly.

Location was great

Just remember there is a pub close bye so you will get some late night street noise on the weekend. We stayed the 2nd weekend of the 4th so maybe busier than normal. 8 adults & 3 kids fit perfectly in this well maintained house.

Great layout for multiple families. Even though it is right by a popular pub you can hardly tell with the sound machines in all the rooms.
