The hotel staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean. The room was very pleasant and spacious with it's own balcony. The tea and coffee selection in the room was very good. The restaurant was very well laid out with plenty of room, the service was very good and the breakfast menu had plenty of options with everything being well prepared and tasty.

A fantastic get away from it all

Lovey hotel. We went for an afternoon tea gift. Which was amazing. Everything baked in house. We made a weekend of it with an overnight stay. Staff very very friendly and nothing too Much trouble. Location is wonderful with a couple of good walks. Rooms very clean and homely. Food very very good. You really do feel spoilt.

Wedding anniversary stay

weekend stay for wedding anniversary. Great stay and location for walks as we took our dog and the staff were great provided everything that you required and treats for the dog. the only thing that I would say is the price for evening meal was rather expensive the meals were good but expensive it would pay to have 2 different menus so as customer can choose. We would definitely stay here again and will be planning on booking for another weekend stay
