This small but nice cottage has a cozy living room with open kitchen. In the living room you can listen to the radio and music or sit together for lively conversations. In the colder season you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and its cozy atmosphere.



From the living room you have access to two dining areas, one on a covered terrace and a table and bench in the sun. You will probably spend a lot of time here sitting outside and being tickled by the sun's rays, reading a good book or enjoying the fresh air with a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine.



The house is beautifully and quietly located, surrounded by forest and just a short walk from one of the best sandy beaches on the island. So nothing stands in the way of your beach vacation with a quiet base. If you like to play golf, you will be pleased to know that Dueodde golf course is only 800 meters away. There are several possibilities for nice walks in the surrounding area. The well-known sights such as the ruins of Hammershus, Dueodde Strand, the round church of Østerlars, the famous Echo Valley (Ekkodalen) or the cliffs Helligdomsklipperne are all worth a trip. Also the very charming towns like Aakirkeby, Snogebæk and Svaneke are worth a visit.
