Lovely apartment in Nexø

Small and cozy furnished vacation apartment on the 1st floor, with private access via an outside staircase and a view of Bornholm's nature. The owner lives on the property (and speaks German), and you can use the garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment has been modernized in 2019 and offers a small kitchen area, nicely furnished living room with large bed in the middle of the room. Nice bathroom. Good bike paths in the area, the apartment is suitable for a young couple on a bike tour or a small family with children who want to spend a nice vacation in the countryside in a quiet location.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und funktionell in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wären die netten deutschen Gastgeber jedoch nicht vor Ort gewesen, hätten wir wahrscheinlich die sehr kleine Schlüsselbox nicht gefunden, da Novasols Aufkleber quasi nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 7 Autominuten von Nexø entfernt und man kann direkt in der Einfahrt parken. Im Prinzip ist alles da, nur sollte man seine eigenen Putzsachen, Klopapier, Küchentücher, Laken, Handtücher etc. mitnehmen. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man selbst für die Reinigung zuständig ist und die Wohnung so vorfindet wie der Vorgänger sie verlassen hat. Außer man kauft ein Paket bei Novasol! Es gibt einen Staubsauger, der allerdings nicht mehr viel tut. Das Leitungswasser ist sehr eisenreich (d.h. bräunlich, schmeckt und riecht metallisch), da das Haus einen eigenen Brunnen hat, aber Kerstin hat mir versichert, dass man es trinken kann. Das ist dann Geschmacksache! :-) Verdunkelungsvorhänge wären nicht schlecht - wir haben uns mit vorhandenen Decken verholfen - hat funktioniert. Und eine Wäscheleine wollte die Gastgeberin noch organisieren! Es gibt deutsche Fernsehprogramme - super für die kleinsten Reisebegleiter! Wenn man das eigene Reisebett und einen Kinderstuhl mitnimmt, alle Dekorationen in Sicherheit bringt, geht das auch ganz gut. Das Gastgeberpaar ist supernett und kinderfreundlich. Unser Kind war ganz begeistert von den vielen Erdbeeren und dem gelegentlichen Katzenbesuch.

Eine einfache, gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung in stiller natur, 4 km von nexö mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Guter Preis! Nettes Vermieterpaar mit schönem (gemüse)garten! Die schönen Orte svaneke, Balka Strand in der Nähe, vor allem der traumhafte küstenwanderweg! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren über die Insel.

Erholung pur in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist süß und klein, alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden. Geruch des Wassers ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kein WLAN, was zur Erholung beitragen kann.
