Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and I felt safe in the hotel. Only problem I encountered was the USB ports for charging my phone and computer were loose fitting of my cord and so did not charge my devices well or quickly.

The hotel was nice and peaceful! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is 10 mins from the Falls and conveniently situated near food and shopping center. There was plenty of parking. The beds were nice and comfy. The bathroom shower was hot and the pressure was great. My grandkids enjoyed the hot breakfast that was offered and enjoyed the indoor heated pool and arcade games! I will stay again!

We stayed for 3 nights. Even for a single day , no room service provided. Upon my request to reception desk, only towels and small garbage bags were given but not the bedsheet. it’s over priced property. pool was in good condition but gym has no weights to lift which is surprising. Breakfast was good.
