Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the plug ins by the bed didn’t work but other than that it was nice.

. My kids and I enjoyed our two nights here even though we were at Niagara falls most of the time. From our time there, Staff was friendly, Place was clean. Pool was heated and perfect. All the arcade and vending machines worked.

Overall satisfactory stay, place to rest your head shower and included breakfast. Only downside was lack of noise cancelling walls and doors, was woken up 3 times through the night with hallway traffic, and found dirty towels in the bathroom. Also glad we brought our own blanket as you’re basically sleeping with only a sheet. Staff very kind and wonderful though.

Heater could not keep up with demand, the room was cold and the heater was noisy , sounded like a hair dryer that would turn on and off every 30 seconds. Very noisy building, you can hear people walking in the hallway and doors closing all hours of the night. Will not be staying here again.

Need some help

The hotel is over not to bad .. breakfast has a mix of waffels fruit eggs bagels muffins cereal sausages .. the hotel also offers coffee tea all day long .. the room it self isn’t that bad .. the room was clean .. nice shower has lots of pressure ..now the mattress in the room needs to be replaced .. the plugs in the room also need to be replaced .. our phone chargers kept falling out .. the pillows also need some help ..
