The stay was great. The Beds were the best i have had in a hotel ever. The location is super great. Only 5 mins or so from the Falls. The only down fall is the room smelled funky. It smelt like they might have had a toilet back up or something and it was being covered with a strong air freshner. But i have to say by the morning it went away.

Very clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful. I was surprised to have to pay extra for parking and surprised housekeeping only on 3rd day. Easy free wifi.

Honestly, one of the better hotels we have stayed in everything was clean. Staff was on top of everything. The bar was great. Very conveniently located. The only complaint I have is the $18 breakfast in the morning. It seems a little steep.

We asked for housekeeping on tuesday did not receive it, on Wednesday we called the frint desk again told them what we wanted and also put the tag on the door stating what we wanted and they literally dropped towels off and that was it. There was no body wash in container. So we were very disappointed in the housekeeping. And the smell of pot coming from the rooms was ridiculous. Especially when you pay for a nonsmoking room but everyone around you is smoking.

The room was clean, the shower was nice, the breakfast staff was extremely friendly, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved how easy it was to get from the hotel to the falls. The only downsides were the price of parking ($40 for two nights on top of the price of the room) and one of the elevators couldn’t go to the 7th floor due to an out of order button but the other one worked just fine. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional Stay at Cambria, Niagara Falls Had an amazing stay at Cambria Niagara Falls. The hotel is new, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding, especially Andrea at the front desk, who was so welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Her warm attitude really made the stay special. The location is perfect, close to the Falls, great restaurants, and all major attractions. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip.😊

good location, makes for easy navigation. room was nice, big bathroom, great counter space. windows were dirty though and there was painters tape left on the wall and an unpainted area where they didn’t finish. overall a goos place to stay, easy access to parking lot, very kind staff, great dining area.
