Its very close to the centre of Niagara falls. We parked which is free then just walked around. We will definitely book here on our next Niagara falls vacation.

“The hotel had a convenient location and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. However, the room was a bit outdated, and the cleanliness didn’t fully meet expectations. Unfortunately, the blanket had lipstick stains, which made the stay less comfortable.

Very helpful staff. Our AC was broken on arrival and it toke them only 15 minutes to change it to a working one once notified. The parking space was a life saver given the location.

This hotel is old, but you can tell that they keep it well-maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and our room was spacious. The location was good and relatively close to everything we wanted to see.

The staff at check in were excellent and the location is perfect for walking to the Hill and the Falls. The building has definitely had some upgrades but they should continue as some areas are quite older.

the hotel in general is a better cheaper option than some other hotels. Close to clifton hill and waterpark which we went to. Room was dated but nice and clean. Only complaint is the breakfast area. Yes its free breakfast but its so chaotic and not enough seats for people.

The breakfast closed everyday early, the rooms smelled (told front desk, they gave us air freshener). The bed sheets upon initial check in was dirty. The only good thing I have to say is the night security guard is helpful.
