My husband and I really enjoyed the hotel with our family. We like our family suite that overlooked the centre of the hotel. It was relaxing. This hotel was perfect for families!

It was our second time staying at the Clifton Victoria Inn, first with family friends and recently with my own family to celebrate my pre-graduation. I chose it for its convenience, especially with kids in tow. Upon arrival, we were pleased to find free parking. Despite our near-midnight arrival, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Although the building is old, it's clean and well-maintained. The free breakfast was similar to our previous visit, but hopefully, it will change in the future. Nevertheless, it provided sufficient morning fuel. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, feeling as though we were the only guests. The hotel's proximity to Niagara Falls' main attractions was a significant advantage. Our stay felt like a home away from home. Overall, it's definitely worth trying.

The location is very convenient; very short walk to the main Clifton Hill attractions area. Great, too, that the room price includes breakfast (and a pretty good one at that) and parking -- both rarities in Niagara Falls. Now, while everything is clean in the hotel and the staff are great, the building needs a real refresh -- cracked and yellowed ceilings, peeling wallpaper in rooms and hallways, and worndown and raggedy carpets that are coming loose. The atrium-style lobby is nice though.

We could not control the heat where it was comfortable. We had to turn off the heat but the room was still too hot. so we put the air conditioner on in February and it helped a little. We booked three rooms and each room had heating issues.

Always enjoy staying at this hotel. Over the last couple of years, it seems that updates are necessary to keep us coming back. New beds are a must!!!! Carpeting has to go! They are beyond cleaning! Issues with hot water need to be resolved as well. Great staff and location!

It was a great "value" hotel. Wasn't ritzy and was a bit outdated, but for the price and location, it was worth it! Staff were curtious and helpful. Ali was very helpful when expedia booked us in the wrong room (he contacted them to get us a refund). The bathrrom was tiny (toilet in a cubby behind the door, shower looked like it should be in a camping trailer). The pool was smaller than the pictures but very nice. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free. Parking was also free which is unique in NF.
