It was a good stay but the view we request was blocked by a big billboard outside out windows. The window were very dirty and hard to see out. The ceiling was cracked and patched. Not very appealing.

Liked the glass elevator, mattress was comfortable. Bath mat was dirty, carpet at bath entrance was torn, frayed and missing. No electrical outlet at bedside table. Curtains couldn’t be fully closed to keep out light. Very limited stations on very small TV. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was very limited. Not enough toasters for all the bread offered. Pool was much smaller than appeared online. Was told online check-in was 3pm, when arrived was told 4pm.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel could use new carpeting throughout. The whole place smelled musty. Rooms were clean. The mattress had indentations all over. Thry need new bedding. Breakfast was okay.

Les chambres et les couloirs auraient besoin d’entretien général. C’est propre mais désuet. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres d’une belle grandeur! Le déjeuner répétitif est correct et l’endroit où manger est vraiment beau. Contrairement à plusieurs hôtels visités, les breuvages (café,thé,jus, eau) ne sont pas accessibles gratuitement après les heures de déjeuner. Aucun fruit ni yogourt. A 2 pas de Clifton Hill. Situation parfaite!

Property looked really rundown and had an odd smell. Rooms need some updating. Breakfast was ok not a whole lot of options. But location was perfect it was walking distance to all the attractions and landmarks we wanted to explore.
