The place is probably a 3.5 but gave them 4 stars. Not a bad place to stay, if I was back in the area would stay again. Not far from the incline railway.

Room and surroundings were clean and well maintained. No stains, mold, or odors. We were able to walk to everything in the area without leaving in the car. Our room was nearest the breakfast room. Other guests were loud in the morning. Parking was $30/ night. Shouldn't have to pay to park in order to give you my business.

The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. We were able to park our car before check in to walk to different locations. Our only complaint was breakfast. We searched for a hotel with breakfast included. It was a holiday weekend and the prices were VERY high. Breakfast ended at 10am, we went at 9:40am, and it was closed and there were no available options. If breakfast is included until 10am, this should be made available for guests on vacation!!!!

Our room was in 8th floor which was awesome. We were able to view part of the falls from our room. The only downside was the breakfast, left a lot to be desired, with very few choices. We ended up going across the street for breakefast.

The parking fee was too expensive, as the lot next to the hotel was much cheaper. The breakfast area was small, so you had to wait to get in. It would be better if breakfast included fruit and vegetables.

We decided to stay at Comfort Inn for its location as we were attending a show at OLG stage. It's alright given the price point however there is only one small elevator for the whole building so we ended up taking the stairs a lot. Thankfully we were only one floor above the main entrance but I can't imagine someone staying on the top floors doing this during their stay. Another thing I did not like about the hotel was how outdated their door key card system is. We were given two keycards up front and only one worked. Then when we replaced one the other stopped working. It felt as if every time we left and came back we had to go back to the front desk to "recharge" the cards. It was a very cumbersome experience. Some positives: close/walking distance to the Fall & surrounding establishments, all the basics provided, breakfast included (just your regular toast, cereal, juice/coffee etc.). They did come by to clean every day and provided fresh towels timely.

No spinners for pool clothes No microwave Very dirty bedding ( lots of hair on the bedding) I saw a cleaner, cleaning a washroom she was draining the toilet brush cup filled with used liquid and washed the toilet brush in the sink and on top She cleaned the toilet bowl, around the seat and the seat top and bottom with same brush. Which disgusted me. Never ever going back.
