First floor, back of Hotel, location of build was good for the Falls, but the Hotel itself was not clean and the Hot tub/pool area was disgusting, particles floating in the hot tub and no pressure. We have stayed in this Hotel in the past, but it has really gone down hill, was not at all impressed with our stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They assured us that we had 2 queen sized beds as requested but we have queen sized beds at home and these were definitely not the same size! My husband is tall and his feet were pretty much hanging over the end and I shared the other bed with my daughter and it was cramped. We also couldn't access the lobby or the breakfast room from our hallway and had to walk outside and around the parking lot to get to it. The only way to go through was through the pool area. This meant that when we did go for a swim that there were people walking through the pool area to get to the lobby and the food area. The pool hours were also horrible with it not opening until 10 a.m. We wouldn't stay there again. Location is decent for the falls but it fell so short compared to other Comfort Inns I've stayed at.

The room had a very musky smell, like old smoking in a home smell. We booked the room for 2 queen beds and both beds were only full size and very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early and giving up the extra night we paid for. They will also wait until you arrive to tack on a bunch of other charges not shown at the time of booking. We will not stay here again.

Great indoor pool & jacuzzi-the ladder in deep end is falling apart-should be fixed in case of an accident! Bkfst was good!
