The view from our room was absolutely spectacular! Unfortunately, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty when we checked in and it took several attempts to get it cleaned. The main beds were very comfortable, but the pull-out couch was poor quality with very noticeable springs, ripped sheets, and a ratty blanket. The included breakfast is crowded but had decent variety and was well stocked.

I like the fact that they had many onsite restaurants to choose from. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to Cliff very friendly and helpful. The cost at the hotel we stayed at Embassy Suites for parking was outrageous $180.00 for 2 night's!

Amazing View Average Everything Else

Our room was fine, excellent view. The room was not made up daily. The shower was an excellent design, but the toilet was so short/low I being 6 feet tall had difficulties using it. Also the handicapped bars in the shower were placed perfectly, but the ones near the toilet were not extended far enough for a person of my height. The toilet paper shredded while being used. I was extremely disappointed in the pool. The entire pool is 3 feet deep or less, essentially a wading/kiddie pool. There pool area was nice, but the pool was nearly useless for me. We were surprised that the breakfast never changed. The parking garage was very tight, difficult to get through. With the cost of room itself we were quite taken back by the charge for the parking. The location is perfect and the hotel was clean, the service personnel were all nice, although the valets could be a bit snappish and rude, two in particular were very rude to an uber driver we used. I found every toilet in the building I used to be too low. Our last night there a very confused Asian woman was going up and down the corridor where our room was banging on the doors and then moving away, she got me out of bed twice before I caught her at it at my door. All in all the stay was okay. The view was Amazing, but there were several drawbacks.

The hotel and staff were great but the amount we paid to stay there one would think that breakfast would be good but it was deplorable ! I’ve had better breakfast at a comfort inn . In less desirable places !

Two key factors to why I chose this hotel, I chose it for maximum comfort and the convenience of not having to fuss with seeking out breakfast and coffee in the morning. I travelled with two young kids so this was very important to me. My stay was very uncomfortable. The bed was broken, which made the mattress cave in. I did not know this until later because we went out doing tourist things. Learnt this after crawling into bed late that evening. Needless to say did not sleep at all because of this and when we mentioned it to the front staff the next day we were given a I'm so sorry you had that experience but no means to fix the problem or compensate us for the discomfort we encountered. It was very disappointing because for a higher end hotel you would think this issue is a priority and a standard of service they would uphold. Will not be booking again and will seek out another operator that makes comfort a priority.
