The location could not have been better. Close to everything with a postcard view by day and night!

The hotel has the best location to see the Falls. But our room is a bit rundown. The drainage noises are running all night. Also the breakfast is not as good as other Embassy Suites

If you like a crowded hotel, with lines to breakfast, and charhes for every incidental including wi fi, then this hotel is for you. Otherwise the hotel is convenient, clean, and friendly staff

We did not get our room cleaned and had to ask for clean towels. Just absolutely no attention to our room. Just pay for the room and nothing else. The room was very expensive for not attention to cleaning it or replacing towels. Breakfast was just terrible and not enough seating.
