Two key factors to why I chose this hotel, I chose it for maximum comfort and the convenience of not having to fuss with seeking out breakfast and coffee in the morning. I travelled with two young kids so this was very important to me. My stay was very uncomfortable. The bed was broken, which made the mattress cave in. I did not know this until later because we went out doing tourist things. Learnt this after crawling into bed late that evening. Needless to say did not sleep at all because of this and when we mentioned it to the front staff the next day we were given a I'm so sorry you had that experience but no means to fix the problem or compensate us for the discomfort we encountered. It was very disappointing because for a higher end hotel you would think this issue is a priority and a standard of service they would uphold. Will not be booking again and will seek out another operator that makes comfort a priority.

Amazing views of the Falls and very convenient to the major attractions. It also has several dining options within easy walking distance. It is a big, busy hotel so be prepared for high traffic around check-in and breakfast times along with longer than ideal wait times for the elevators. Parking onsite was expensive ($70CAD/ day) but they do offer a cheaper off site option. It was a a great option for our family of 5 and I would definitely stay there again.

It was very convenient to the falls, staff were great, food and service was great. My only issue was the elevator took forever every time i had to get up and down. One elevator to the lower floors is inadequate for the volume. Otherwise, all was 5 stars.

Falls views from the hotel is beautiful just loved waking up and looking at the falls. Walk to the falls and ferry was very convenient. Kids loved it and lots of dining options right around the hotel that you can walk to.

To put It shortly, it feels old. It does not seem worth the price you pay. Views are good, but the lighting, bathroom the deco feels old and do not provide an enticing experience.

Very convenient to the incline down to the falls. Loooong wait for breakfast and elevators due to the sheer amount of people staying in this very large hotel.

My family enjoy our 5 day, 4 night vacation and we enjoy the many accommodations available each day. From the breakfast, pool, view of the fireworks, restaurant in the hotel, convenience to the tram for daily walks to the falls and cleanliness we would definitely return. The staff was helpful, including elevator support staff providing friendly smiles even in the stress of high traffic times. Our room was cleaned including placing stuffed animals tucked in sweetly, and general care of our room showed that we were the stars each day. I couldnt rave enough!
