This property is extremely unsafe the amount of parties that we’re going on full on witness drug deals happening in their parking lot and behind the building garbage everywhere the odour coming from the hallways where the carpet is it’s a smell of urine, mold, death all mixed into one the rooms are falling apart And smells so bad there was vomit on the wall beside the toilet. Our handle came off of the faucet, the chairs were covered in stains we requested to be switched rooms. The room they switched us to was worse! We seriously questioned whether the sheets were even cleane. The bath towels were so stained and gross!They do not wash the top bedspreads! You couldn’t pay me enough to stay at this hotel again it was a last-minute booking with very limited space in Niagara. No matter the reason we book this hotel… NO HOTEL should be allowed to operate in this condition! Do not take your family here. If I could give it a negative star rating I would!!!!!!
