The walls of the bathroom was very old it felt coming down when I was showering and let’s not mention the hotel manger this never doing his job and never there never again at this hotel

Property could be cleaner. Inside and out. Seems pride of owners absent. Garbage blowing around LOT all weekend and no one decided to pick it up. Door to room was very drafty and lots of light coming thru. Was windy and cold outside but at least room was warm with heat.

The room was a good size and clean. It has a tv, microwave and a small fridge. The location was convenient and walkable to Clifton, Old Casino and the Fallsview. There are many dining options nearby as well. Altho I wish there was a coffee maker in tbe room and a better breakfast being served, with the rate I paid for my stay I have no reason to complain. I will still come back and stay.

Staff: welcoming, friendly and helpful Location: convenient for tourists coz its nearby everythbing near the niagara falls Rooms: spacious but the floor wasn’t clean enough and there is no footwear provided, so after cleaning up yourself and walk around the room you can feel the dust sticking up your foot.

I was happy with our room. It was clean. We had 2 King size beds and the pillows very comfortable. Could have used an extra chair to sit to eat. They served an excellent breakfast and coffee. Very friendly staff.
