Stag was great! Parking is very expensive because it’s next to the falls. ( there’s close by places cheaper and near the falls). Washroom in my book room was dirty with a couple of stains. The bed was broken and kind of caved in. However the exterior, lobby and etc are clean. For the price I paid I would’ve expected a better quality stay.

The location is perfect, you can walk to pretty much everything. The room was clean, and nicely appointed. The only thing I can suggest is a bar of soap by the sink. Bodywash doesn't work for everything.

The front desk staff Qaseem I think his name was very very rude and dismissive. The room was very small not at all like the ones I had stayed in in this hotel before. There was a party going on in the hall across from our rooms until 2 am. Why would they not put people in those rooms that were at the party?? Stayed here many times before and always had a great experience but this one was awful

Worst experience for a so called 4 star hotel! This furniture was like second hand bought out of market place! Was told that the falls view is not available however we can get you a city view…..I got a dump view!!!!!! Trucks backing up to the delivery area just below the room the noice would not stop all night.. 4 star hotel with no free parking! No thanks, not again

We went for our anniversary and were surprised with a bottle of wine, chocolate, and a sweet card. It was all unexpected and extremely appreciated. We had come for a show so it was great that the hotel was attached to the Fallsview resort and Casino. We never had to leave the building and had many options of dining and entertainment within minutes.

Loved the location with the connected indoor walkway access to restaurtants, shopping and the casino. We spent two nights and didnt leave the property - which was perfect to avoid the cold winter weather. Prices are high but its to be expected for a touristy area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Parking prices were high, something I didnt see when booking or researching the visit.
