A clean, no frills place with friendly staff, and a no nonsense atmosphere, the King's Inn provides a slice of nostalgic Canadian practicality and values, that allows you to easily access many of Niagara Falls attractions.

Outdated, noisy air conditioning, no noise cancelation in rooms, did not receive security deposit when prompted staff, instead told to “wait a day we’ll return the fee on your credit card when we have a chance.”. Did not receive money back until a full week later. Room appeared clean at first glance but under inspection found concerning areas that needed attention. Room had a funny smell.

Overnight stay at Kings Inn Near the Falls

The Kings Inn was perfect for our overnight stay. Office staff helpful and quick check in. The room was better than our expectation. The location is in a perfect central location close to the Falls and restaurants. The only recommendation is replacing the mattress for the king bed as it was very soft and a bit lumpy.

The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. They knew the surrounding area very well and had awesome info to share. I appreciated that the parking was for guests only and was well-managed.

A friendly, welcoming motel where we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The air conditioning was excellent — perfect after a day exploring Niagara Falls. A great base for the area. Bed was very comfy :) plenty of options for food as you walk into the main area.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We required extra parking, and they were super helpful. Special thanks go out to Jules and Rob for their assistance. We loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. The suite was nice with a heart-shaped jacuzzi, and it had plenty of space. The only thing missing was a microwave. Walking to Clifton Hill was easy. We will stay there again as the property felt cozy and inviting. We didn't want to leave!

Hotel is in great area accessible to restaurants, casino's, falls etc, has a nice pool. Only issue a had which is not a biggie is every time we go they have no ice and tell me the ice machine broke down the other day and is out for service
