Good location, had falls view. Staff that check us in didn’t greet us or gave us proper information. The room given initially was lowest floor and had dirty balcony(didn’t feel like using it) AC were making loud noise. Next day requested the room change. The staff next day was very friendly, helped us change the room and gave us higher floor room. AC was still making loud noice.
