We didn’t stay in the Oakes we got moved to the Hilton the day before due to our rooms being under construction, we had booked 2 queen rooms but when we moved to the Hilton we only had a king and pullout which was disappointing

We were booked at the Oakes, but they called us and said they were having plumbing issues and that our reservation had been transferred across the street to the Hilton. So, we didn’t stay at the Oakes, but I will say that their customer service was excellent. We appreciated that they were proactive in communication and took care of booking the other hotel, who provided us with an amazing experience/accomodations.

Advertised Viewing Level on the 14 Floor was not good. Windows were dirty, Scratched and had worse view that Room window which had a partial obstructed view. Overall not worth the price and not worth an additional resort fee that was added on after booking.
