We were upgraded to the Hilton, and there wasn’t any parking available at the hotel. While trying to check in, there were 5 people at the check in desk, and yet the line up wait was long. The Oakes staff member was kind, polite and friendly and very helpful.

Room had a roach in bathroom all furniture and beds were dated I paid for a floor to ceiling windows to the falls and was initially placed in a dungeon with a small window on top floor for a an anniversary very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to that hotel
