Room temp was quite warm. Tried to lower it.(January visit) Towels were like sandpaper. Room was missing typical furniture for socializing. Mattress was not supportive. It actually sounded hollow.There were "suprise " fees having booked through Expedia and charges for hotel parking!!! The staff was wonderful.
