The hotel is ideal for backpackers not for family or longer trips. The outdated facilities include a noisy bathroom fan that sounds like a helicopter. The bathroom is dark, and the heater/AC is dripping some water. The staff were good and very polite. The location is good, very close to everything.

The hallways were filled with a fragrance that i seem to be allergic to... we checked out about 3 hours after we checked in because i got ill from fragrance. Nothing was offered to help out the fact we couldnt stay there. Also wasnt the room we booked. And was told that room isnt even in that hotel. All in all im very disappointed

The hotel was perfect, great location, great hot tub in the room. However a few things., When I booked it says falls view? This is not true on any angle of the hotel. Beware of extra resort fees charged for each day you are there. Also parking is $25 a day it’s cheaper to go across the Road a bit! I was happy until I was charged a large amount extra when I checked out.
