We stayed here from July 24-27th 2025. The pictures online are deceiving! We had to switch rooms twice because of how dirty the place was. It was dead bugs on the walls and behind the pictures glass on the wall. The hot tub was cracked the bedding had holes and rips in them. The carpet was dirty and older than me. The furniture had rips and caked up dirt on it. The housekeeping staff needs an in-service on how to clean. Thank god I brought my own Lysol wipes. The elevator was slow and made us feel unsafe to ride. The tv in the room is definitely older than my 19 year old son. Parking was $25 dollars a day! They should be paying us to stay there! Don’t waste your money on this place! We will never come back to this place. Just thinking about it makes me itch!!

Staff are nice but the property needs some renovation. Bath tub has stain, carpet in the lobby was horrible. No fridge or microwave in the room, you have to pay for the fridge and parking

Really wanted to justify the property for the price, but I hate how they just brushed offy request. The lamp and alarm clock on the bed side didn't work at all! I messaged them about it and there was absolutely no answer to that. I spoke the the staff when I checked out, she didn't even care. She just said something to just get me going. I traveled with my son and it was very inconvenient. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN!

Unfortunately we went to check in they told us our room was not ready and to come back in an hour. We came back two hours later and it still was not ready. Both times waited in long lines. They down graded us because they didn’t have our type of room available. Then we got to our too And the TV didn’t work and the one bed was disgusting. I never ever complain about conditions but this was beyond disgusting. It was a one night get away for us and unfortunately we spent so much time trying to get a room and work with the technician.
