This property was an excellent location for our stay. Convenient to everything. The fallsview was outstanding from the room we had(upper floor falksview king). Shopping, dining within walking distance.

Spring break with my daughter

I love staying at the Sheraton cannot ask for a better hotel at the falls and the view was spectacular especially at night time from your room. The front desk was so helpful. I always stay at the sheraton.

This hotel was good. However, I didn’t like that you had to pay $45 for parking per day. You had to pay for breakfast, everything had an international fee attached. I also didn’t like that there were not clear cut signs from the garage to the hotel. It sure how I feel about this hotel. It wasn’t bad. Close to some adventure and carnival type things. Pretty expensive! Bought a set of Starbucks coffee cups from inside the hotell..$40; here in the us $14!!

Nice location. Experience was average. When I checked in my city room view was facing the vent systems. Went down for a room change and she said “city view” consists of all city angles (not what was pictured when booked). She gave me a different room with partial strip view. While enjoying the hotel pool, fire alarm went off and continued for about an hr. Had to use the stairs to get to my 22nd floor room as my sound sensitive son was having a meltdown. Food at the Fallsview buffet was average. Service was super slow and chaotic. During check out it took an hr for valet service to bring our car. Water park you need to buy cheap pool towels or bring your own but was never told ahead of time so had to go back to the room for towels.

Be careful with upgrades for certain views!

Arrived later in the day as my family and I travelled several hours to get there. My son chose a city view when looking through the type of room we wanted because he wanted to see all the lights, when checking into our room our view was far from the picture shown for a city view with all the lights (see photos attached). When asked about this they were unable to do anything that night due to availability and ask me to call at 8 am which I did. They were then able to give me an upgraded room with falls view but come me $110 extra nightly with no compensation for inconvenience. Also we had to wait until the room was cleaned and have our luggage packed to be transferred. By this time we still hadn’t heard anything and wasted the morning waiting to see what we needed to do. I called again to touch base and we were then told it will still be a while housekeeping was just going to clean but we were welcome to go ahead and leave the room and someone would transfer our luggage when room was available. This was ok with me so we could go zip line and explore, but when we returned to the hotel again to get new keys and made our way up to the new room (which had a beautiful view) our luggage was not moved and we had to hunt it down. However valet staff were wonderful.
