Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently booked a hotel room in Niagara Falls through your platform, and I was really looking forward to the room that was advertised. However, upon arrival, the room I received was not as described. It was a completely different type of room (it seemed to be a disability-access room), which I did not book and wasn't comfortable with. Because of this discrepancy, I had to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodations. I would appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for this booking, as the room did not match what was shown on Expedia. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter!

Absolutely the best view of the Horseshoe Falls you can possibly get. We were on the 30th floor. At night, the lights and fireworks are stunning! Unfortunately, no ice unless you get down to the lobby, but you are staying here for the view! Admittedly, rooms/bathrooms are on the smaller size, but clean and renovated. Desk staff was courteous. Highly recommend! Truly beautiful view!

The room was clean and very roomy. The bathroom was also large with a nice shower. There were only 2 things I did not like about the room. There was no place to place your own toiletries in the shower space. This is a pet peeve of mine and I have encountered this at other hotels also. The other annoying factor was the AC vents were behind the curtains at the top of the window. If the curtains are closed it gets hot in the room. We thought the unit had gone out but when they came to look at it, we were told about the vents. There was late afternoon sun shining in and when the sun went down and the curtains were open it cooled down. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I drove ten hours from Maryland to Markham, Toronto on octerber 2nd we checked in to the hotel. Unfortunately, the room ,we was given has a constant machine noise, which made it impossible for us to sleep the entire night. the staff did come to check the room and confirmed the issue, but they informed me that the hotel is fully booked tonight and I can only be moved to another room tomorrow. Given the circumstances, I kindly request that tonight’s room charge be waived as compensation for the inconvenience and lack of rest. I look forward to your prompt response.
