Tidy clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. View was amazing, even city side. Love how close to incline railway for getting to the falls and the bus that Runs up to the other end of it.

The location and our partial view of the falls (we didn't pay a premium for a better view) were all terrific. The staff was friendly and professional; off-property parking wasn't convenient and an unexpected expense, but the transport van was always readily available.

Excellent hotel! We arrived at the hotel and checked in smoothly. Unfortunately the arrival area can only really accommodate 3 vehicles at a time. The staff was cool with us unloading the vehicle and taking our luggage to the room. We booked a city view room and had requested to not face the Embassy suites next door. When we checked in they were able to accommodate the request. There is something creepy about windows facing windows. The room we were assigned was on the Penthouse Floor and was super nice, recently renovated and everything was pristine! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this was probably one of the best designed use of space I have ever seen! The most important part was the view… AMAZING! We had a partial view of the horseshoe falls and could see clear to Buffalo NY! STUNNING! The only negative was we went in the off season and the hotel restaurant was closed due to business levels (a lot of restaurants close mid week in the off season in Niagara Falls) not their fault and completely understandable. The front desk staff were great, super knowledgeable about the area and HONEST! That’s the most important part. I wish I could remember the ladies name and give her a gold star for service. The rooms are super quiet… I would say sound proof. That may change if they were busier but that was our experience. We had an excellent time and I’m planning on going back in the near future.

Staying at the Tower Hotel Fallsview was the best decision we could have made. The hotel is a must do at least once in your lifetime. This hotel has been part of the Niagara Falls skyline for decades under multiple names and management but has always been on my "must stay there" list. I'm thrilled that we finally were able to start there. To start, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in was a breeze. Off-site parking Wes great thanks to a shuttle that offers free pick-up and drop-off. The room was wonderful, offering a spectacular view of the falls and was newly renovated. The care in planning the layout of the room and bathroom is evident. The hotel also offers an IHOP which turns into the Sky restaurant in the evening. Every seat provides another incredible view of the Falls and dining staff were accommodating and friendly. Price for the room was as expected for a magnificent view of the falls and well worth it. We had an absolutely amazing time!

The hotel is newly renovated, neat and tidy. Almost all rooms have fallsview, either the Horse Shoes or Bridal Veil. Restaurants are on site or nearby.
