My family and I (2 adults 2 kids) just wrapped up an incredible stay at this lovely property in Nice, France, and I can't recommend it enough! The place was not only spotless but also perfectly located within walking distance of tons of great restaurants and right across the street from the grocery store. Plus, it’s just a quick ride away from Cannes, so you're in the heart of it all.I have to give a huge shoutout to Corinne, the property manager. She was a superstar, super communicative and always ready to help. Corinne was there to welcome us, answer any questions, and even gave us a quick tour of the property before we settled in. Her attentiveness really made a difference.One of the standout features of this property is the infinity pool on the rooftop. It has panoramic views of the ocean, making it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.Ooh, can't forget the balcony. It’s huge and offers a direct view of the ocean. It’s the perfect spot to sit and relax or have dinner/breakfast.For beach days, here’s a little tip: if you head out of the property, turn right, and walk to the end, you’ll find calmer waters. If you prefer a sandy, less rocky beach, just turn left (although still really rocky but with sand). Either way, bring water shoes for those rocky spots. You will need it. This property was a great find for us.

Wonderful condo in a beautiful location. View of the sea from the balcony, and great restaurants a short stroll down the beach. Corinne was very helpful and accommodated us at the last minute due to a cancellation. Highly recommend her condo, and wish we were back already. Magnifique condo dans un endroit magnifique. Vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, et d’excellents restaurants à quelques pas de la plage. Corinne était très serviable et nous a hébergés à la dernière minute en raison d’une annulation. Je recommande vivement son condo et j’aimerais que nous soyons

Exceptionnel!! couché de soleil magnifique que l’on soit sur la terrasse ou dans le canapé . Appartement à la décoration soignée équipement excellent . Environnement parfait, immeuble récent magnifique, tout peut se faire à pied . Piscine à débordement à couper le souffle avec une vue à 360 degrés . Et la plage devant l’immeuble !!!!sans avoir à prendre sa voiture on peut même entendre les vagues en étant dans l’appartement. Waouh!!!! Félicitations aux hôtes pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse Endroit idéal pour le farniente et les ballades à pied ou à vélo Nous reviendrons

Endroit parfait pour visiter la Cote d’Azur

Appartement tout neuf les pieds dans le sable. Jolie vue du balcon sur la mer. Appartement tres bien equipé dans une residence tres moderne. L’hote Corinne est tres accueillante . Toutes les commodités sont accessibles a pied. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la Cote d’Azur. A recommander.

Heel mooi en direct aan zee

Het appartement is nog nieuw en zeer goed uitgerust (airco, wasmachine, droogkast, afwasmachine, kookgerei, tv, WiFi, ondergrondse parking,…) . Het ligt vlak aan zee en de buurt en het strand is rustig. Er is ook een mooi zwembad met zicht op zee. Er is een grote winkel vlak bij het appartement. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
