We stayed 3 nights. The room was small (queen bed) but we expected that (Europe). Bed was comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was really tight. If you are larger than a size 8 (U.S.), you will have a difficult time maneuvering in there (shower and toilet). The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee/tea machine available 24/7 in the breakfast room. I enjoyed the hot chocolate. Breakfast is available for 17 EU/person. We did not try it since we wanted to just walk around town to see what was available each day, especially since we were late risers (keep time change in mind). The elevator is small, so it can only hold 2 people with 2 pieces of luggage at a time. Therefore, you might have to wait a little. Overall, the hotel was good for a short stay. It was one of the very few that was listed for less than $200 (US) a night that was also rated as very good/excellent. The area is safe, convenient and relatively quiet.

This hotel was in a nice, quiet, convenient location. All of our Uber rides were very close to where we needed to go, and everything else we were able to walk. It was walking distance to the train station when leaving, which was great! The elevator in the hotel is extremely tiny so do not make the mistake of bringing big luggage like we did, but other than that, we had a great stay!

This boutique hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the city, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, as well as tram and train stations. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, and I highly recommend this property.

This is a budget family hotel. The rooms were small and clean. There might’ve been some larger rooms but not sure. Breakfast is included and it’s pretty decent considering what we paid for the room. The bathroom was very small. They barely fit a toilet in there. We had sit sideways on the toilet seat. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. But other than that the hotel is conveniently located in the center.

The room I booked was not what I received. The bedsheets were not clean and had stains. You could hear everything including people snoring. The noise level was way too high. Only good thing is the location of the hotel but the hotel should take cleanliness and noise level seriously.

Excellent place to stay in the center of Nice.

This hotel was very centrally located. The staff were helpful and kind. The rooms very clean. And the breakfast was well appointed. Lots of choices and served well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. They had complimentary coffee in the morning and a nice buffet breakfast for an extra cost. All staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Now for the negative, the website advertises self service laundry facilities in the hotel but they don’t have that anymore. We were counting on it and had planned on it at this point in our trip, so we had to walk to one. The other thing was that the toilet was in such a bad position that a person could not sit straight on it because a wall was too close to your right knee, and to make it worse, even sitting slightly sideways it was not possible to close the bathroom door either because there was not enough space. Maybe a small child would have better use of this bathroom but not us. We did not spend much time in our room, too much to see and do out and about but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests.

Bedroom was mouldy and so was the bathroom. Told staff about the mould and they didn’t do anything other than say we will just have to put up with it. Mould was around and in the AC so we couldn’t turn the AC on unless we wanted to breathe in the mould spores….
