Completely renovated in a minimalist style and contemporary design (polished concrete floors, HAY and FERMOB furniture).



Located in the heart of the old town in a very quiet alley, the Casetta Di Azzurra is spread over 4 levels and offers a breathtaking view of the sea, the bay of Villefranche and the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. You will find all the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen facing the sea. The bathroom, equipped with an Italian shower, has an opening in the floor that reveals the stones of an old cellar. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom with a double bed. And finally, the mezzanine with its French balcony and a small living room will leave you charmed by this little ideal nest for two people (possibility of a third person staying on a sofa bed in the mezzanine)
