Tämä kodikas huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Musiciensissa Nizzan keskustassa. Täällä on lähellä merta ja kaupungin elämää aidon kanssa
 ja hyviä ravintoloita, kahviloita ja kauppoja.
Asunnon suuri ja kaunis parveke noin 15 m2, on myös suuri etu tässä huoneistossa. Se on etelään päin ja aurinko on suurimmaksi osaksi päivästä. Kesäisin kuumimpia tunteja taitetaan markiisi. Sekä makuuhuoneessa että olohuoneessa on suora pääsy parvekkeelle. Täällä on sekä ruokapöytä 6-8 hengen istuimille, pieni kahvila pöytä ja sähkögrilli.
Viihtyisässä olohuoneessa on vuodesohva / vuodesohva ja tv. Ruokailutila, 6 henkilöä, sijaitsee kauniissa ja tilavassa salissa.
Valoisassa ja tuoreessa makuuhuoneessa on mukava parivuode ja suuri vaatekaappi.
Keittiössä on uuni, astianpesukone, mikro jne.
Kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja tilava. On pyyhekuivain.
Kylpyhuoneen vieressä on erillinen wc.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Hôtel Negresco. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Wonderful Stay in Nice

This property was fantastic. It was equipped with absolutely anything you could want for your stay. The bed was comfortable, the living room spacious and it had a lovely balcony for your breakfast or just to enjoy the weather. It also had air conditioning so was great for Nice’s warm and humid weather. Malin was a great and welcoming hostess. It was walkable to loads of restaurants, shops, Avenue Des Anglais, the market and more. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Home Base for Visit to the Côte d’Azur

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the host was there to greet us upon arrival and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect to base yourself for a week long stay: 10 minute walk to the train station, 15 minute walk to the beach/Promenade, 20-25 minute walk to Old Town and the Port area. Amenities were also close by: access to public transportation, a grocery store across the street and a fabulous Boulangerie a block away! A truly French residential experience. The apartment was well equipped and the information binder provided by the host was very useful especially with restaurant recommendations. When weather permitted, the large outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy some wine & cheese! There was some street noise to contend with in the early morning but otherwise a perfect stay in an amazing city. Thank you Malin!

Phenomenal Stay

This is a beautiful apartment on the sunny side of the street. Located on a quiet street, the apartment is very clean and easily accessible by elevator. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We will be back soon.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property - two adults with one teen. Great location for us close to the train station and not far from the sea front. Shop right across the road which was perfect. Good restaurant at the end of the street on the corner which we ate at twice and would recommend. Accommodation was very flexible and felt like home, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again. Thank you :)

Central location lovely balcony

We had a wonderful stay here in August. Great location to get to beach and markets and plenty of shops and restaurants everywhere! Malin and Jonas made the checking in and out seamless and were very flexible. We highly recommend staying here.

Treasure in Nice

This was a lovely apartment that was extremely well located. The host was there to meet us at the agreed upon time and was easy to communicate with during the stay. Nice is a gorgeous city with so much to see and enjoy. Strongly recommend this property if you are lucky enough to visit!

We had a lovely stay, the apartment had everything necessary for a good vacation. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot outside during our stay. The balcony is pleasant, so was location- easy walk to the beach and public transportation, grocery store right across the street, overall very good value. Malin was a great host, helpful, good communication.

Wonderful Place!

Malin was patient and gave us clear instructions about the rules! The place had many useful supplies, comfortable bed/futon, and was located in a beautiful spot in Nice. My favorite was the balcony! We really enjoyed our trip and are so glad to have stayed here!

Our stay in Nice at Malin's flat was outstanding! Malin met us outside the building upon check-in and showed us around. We found Malin very responsive. The location of the flat is great and within walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Location

We had a great time staying at this property. We were here for five nights and it was perfect. The apartment is a nice size for two people, well equipped, there is a market across the street and we were surprised at how close it was to the sea/promenade and to the city of the City. One night, we took an Uber to a restaurant in the Old City, but took a walk back because it was closer than we thought. I would certainly stay here if visiting Nice once again.

Best VRBO stay ever!

The apartment was in a great area, close to the train station and many restaurants! It has a huge terrace which we had alfresco dining on many times! Malin, the property manager, was fantastic! She was always a phone call away if we needed anything, which we never did! The apartment is also very secure and since we ate in a lot, the Nice Rossini Grocery store across the street came in very handy! We stayed at the apartment for three weeks and could have stayed another three weeks! Thank you Malin for making our trip to Nice a memorable one!

Ett bättre ställe att tillbringa en vårmånad kan man inte finna. Hemtrevlig, bekväm lägenhet med skön balkong. Perfekt läge om du vill ta tåg på utflykter i området. 7 min till Nice Ville.Max 10 min till Promenade d´ Anglais. Spårvagn 2 kvarter bort och utmärkt mataffär mitt över gatan. Men det bästa är härliga känslan i lägenheten . Som svensk också många bra böcker i bokhyllan. Bekväm säng .

Thank you ,Malin,for taking care of us. This is an amazing apartment.Everthing is ready to live. I was able to experience a daily life in NICE. The train station is close. The tram station in close. Intermarche is in front of the apartment. There are two bakeries just around the corner. We can walk to Massena area in 12 to 15 minutes on foot. One more important thing is that there is a bath tub in the room so we take a bath .We are from Japan. I recommend you this apartment.

Nice... Touring Provence

From meeting Malin on our arrival and having her introduce us to the apartment and helped us with our luggage. We are most impressed with Malin, the apartment, and the location. You could not ask for a better stocked home. We could walk to everything of interest without a problem. We fell in love with Le Tchitchou a nearby restaurant, the owner, chef and waiter were a joy. This was a wonderful stay.

Magnifique!

Quel beau séjour à cet appartement parfaitement situé, à quelques minutes à pieds de la gare et à 10 min de la Promenade des Anglais. Merci à Malin qui a été très accueillante à notre arrivée et a voulu s'assurer que tout était parfait . Des boissons fraîches et même un rosé nous attendaient au frigo :) Malin à été réactive et souple au niveau des heures d'arrivée/départ , ce qui a été facilitant. Les lieux étaient impeccables à notre arrivée. Le balcon est un beau plus. Je retournerais à cet appartement sans hésiter et avec grand bonheur ! Nous recommandons !!! Caroline , Camille et Juliette

Perfect for our needs

Excellent séjour! Malin est accueillante et sympa! Bouteilles de rosée, d’eau et de Pellegrino étaient dans le frigo. De plus, elle nous a laissé du café moulu pour la cafetière électrique. ❤️☕️! C’était facile de préparer nos petits déjeuners et dîners car tout était là pour nous. Faire la lessive était nécessaire après nos deux semaines au Royaume Uni. Quartier tranquille. Tram (Alsace Lorraine) et la Gare sont près. Small grocery store across apartment. Activités: en train à Monaco et le village d’Èze❤️❤️; location de vélos (Bike Trip) à Antibes =50 km et terrain plat). Besoin bcp de H2O. Mon mari a continué à Villefranche (it was hiller with amazing views). We rented a car for 24 hrs and drove to les gorges du Verdon. Absolutely beautiful views. We didn’t do lots of hiking due to our limited time but we arrived early enough to rent a kayak for a couple of hours(extremely busy!!)- check before going if Gorges are open. Sometimes the boating adventures are closed due to the winds. The beach towels and chairs were perfect when we spent afternoons at the beach! On recommande le resto La femme du boulanger!! Délicieux! If we didn’t come from so far away we would return in a heartbeat!
