Le Haut des Espinets, built in 1982 in the Provençal style by architect Alain Berp, showcases meticulous attention to detail in both construction and materials throughout the home. The timber construction and flooring are prime examples of this craftsmanship. The architect repurposed materials from the ruins of an old monastery in Portugal to create the charming beamed ceilings. The floors are made of Burgundy stone, featuring visible fossils that can be seen upon close inspection. Spanning 600 square meters, the spacious living area includes two living rooms with fireplaces, a central dining room, the main kitchen with a bar, and many bedrooms.
