A special place in the 2nd floor of a nicois building is fully renovated in september 2023 with double glazed windows which makes it very quiet, located on massena square at the corner with the pedestrian zone with a view at the square where most of the festivals take place and the colline du chateau, close to restaurants, galerie la fayette, monoprix supermarket and tram station across the street, train station is 10 minutes walk, old town and the beach are just 2 minutes walk.
