With garden furniture provided, it's the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, afternoon barbecues, and sunset cocktails as you soak up the coastal breeze and scenic surroundings.

Nestled just a stone's throw away from the beach, this holiday home boasts a prime location that allows you to easily access the sandy shores and sparkling waters of Nieuwvliet.

Step inside and discover a bright and spacious living area, where you can unwind after a day at the beach or gather with loved ones for movie nights and board games. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks, with plenty of space for dining together as a group. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable bedroom complete with its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for guests of all ages. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms await, providing ample sleeping arrangements for the whole family or group of friends.

Das helle und geräumige Wohnzimmer ist ideal für gesellige Runden nach einem Tag am Strand. Obwohl viel Platz vorhanden ist, war der Straßenlärm gelegentlich etwas zu hören, was aber nicht weiter störte. Die nahegelegenen Restaurants, wie zum Beispiel das Paviljoen de Strandganger, waren ein nettes Extra. Empfehlenswert für einen unkomplizierten Urlaub.

Was für ein herrlicher Urlaub! Das Haus war wunderschön eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Wir haben den Außenbereich sehr genossen, besonders für abendliche Grillabende. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich gastfreundlich und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand von Groede Zeeland war perfekt für unsere Tagesausflüge. Dieses Haus ist definitiv einen erneuten Besuch wert!
