Holiday apartment in a quiet location directly by the sea - with large terrace and sea view
This charming apartment in Privlaka offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic coast on 38 m². The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained complex with a pool and is ideal for couples or small families. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious 30 m² terrace with a beautiful sea view – perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee or letting the evening fade away in a relaxed atmosphere.
The combined living, dining and kitchen area is bright, friendly and fully equipped. Here you will find a cosy dining area as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and all important cooking utensils. A corner sofa with additional sleeping space and satellite TV provides comfort and entertainment.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, sufficient storage space and can be completely darkened - ideal for a restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi throughout the area. A private parking space is available directly at the house.
The outdoor area of the facility includes a freshwater pool that can be used by all guests. The property is partially fenced and offers both sunny and shady spots in the garden. A barbecue is available by arrangement.
